The Performance Lab Team

You don't have to be extreme, just consistent

At The LT Performance Lab, we are dedicated to supporting athletes, coaches, and teams across Strathcona County, Sherwood Park, and Edmonton.

We provide expert mental performance coaching and sport-focused psychological services designed to enhance confidence, focus, and resilience—both on and off the field.

We know that every athlete is unique, with different goals, pressures, and challenges. That’s why we don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies. Our team uses evidence-based techniques tailored to each individual’s needs—whether it’s managing performance anxiety, recovering from injury, staying motivated, or strengthening team dynamics.

At LT Athletics, we believe in the power of mindset to transform performance. Our experienced professionals are passionate about helping you build mental strength, emotional balance, and long-term success in sport and in life. With expertise, empathy, and a clear plan, we’re here to support your mental game—every step of the way.

Isabel Stead

I’m currently pursuing my undergraduate degree in psychology at the University of Alberta, with a growing passion for understanding mental health and human behavior. I've had the opportunity to gain hands-on experience by volunteering with CASA Mental Health Services, contributing to both their clinical and support programs.

Outside of academics, music is a huge part of my life—I’m always listening to something, no matter the genre. I find it inspiring to hear the stories and emotion artists pour into their lyrics; it's a reminder of how powerful self-expression can be.

I hold a degree from Grant MacEwan University, where I focused on biological sciences and psychology—areas that have long sparked my curiosity about human behaviour and the mind. I'm currently continuing my academic journey through graduate studies in counselling at Yorkville University, with the goal of becoming a registered provisional psychologist.

Being part of the team at Little Tree Psychology is incredibly fulfilling, especially in the work we do to raise awareness and promote mental health in the community.

Arlyn pasco

My name is Arlyn Pasco, and I’m a Licensed Professional Teacher with close to ten years of experience teaching English to junior high students at San Jose Integrated High School. Teaching, for me, is about more than just academics—it's about supporting the whole student. I’m especially passionate about integrating social and emotional learning into the classroom, helping students build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of identity alongside their academic skills.

In addition to my work in the classroom, I take on leadership roles that involve coordinating school events and engaging parents and community stakeholders to foster a positive and inclusive school environment.

Outside of education, I have a strong interest in content creation and digital marketing. I run a beauty and wellness business and also serve as a part-time Social Media Manager for Little Tree Psychology. In this role, I develop content that promotes mental health awareness and supports community well-being—an extension of my passion for education and child development.

Currently, I’m pursuing a Ph.D. in Development Studies with a focus on Education and Development. This advanced study deepens my understanding of child development and educational systems, while I also grow my skills in digital marketing through specialized training in tools like Google Ads. Whether I’m teaching, managing content, or building a business, my mission remains clear: to educate, uplift, and make a lasting impact.
